That crunch channel is truly awesome. I am using all 3 modes. I am finding that running the green channel on Master 2 (slightly louder) has almost as much gain as the stock JVMs amber channel. I have only had this amp for 30 mins. now but I can tell you it is AMAZING. Makes the stock JVM sound like a sizzle box. Every channel useable. Can't wait to open it up at practice tonight. I have no reservations about putting my other amps on EBay...including the stock JVM. Now it's just the 410HJS...

I have both my 100 watters JVM and YJM up at my warehouse and the smaller amps Class 5H and DSL 40C at the house and I must say for loud practice I am still preferring the JVM. Yeah, love my Class 5 head. Just spent about an hour playing through a 412 with V30s. Wouldn't sell/trade it for anything. I am glad I got it before the buzz of all these 1 watt heads came out...no gas for them at all. Enjoy!

I just sat through a good portion of this 42 min. video. Kept fast-forwarding to get to the meat and potatoes. The amp sounds pretty good to me. It seems that Tony liked it too, wow he even kept his YJM. I would appreciate if he would stop bad-mouthing the designer of both of those amps.

Still holding out on one for now. Purchased both the JVM and YJM new for $1700 and $1800 respectively so I would like to wait until someone throws a 15% sale on it. When is the next holiday sale usually? I may forget about it entirely and just get a new DSL combo when they come out.
