I just ordered a cab full of celestion g12h 30s.

I haven't played on it yet but apparently they're super efficient and sensitive, and one of the best speakers for rock n roll/blues, if you're into that sort of thing.

Can someone explain to me why the flat cabinet to the super100jh stack is taller than a normal one?

Just so you know, Marshall's model numbers have nothing to do with the years or whatever. For example, 1959, 1986, 1987, 1962, 1974, 1960 etc., are just their designated model numbers but have nothing to do with the years themselves. Yeah, figured.
