The amp is cool. I modded mine giving it a bright (presence) switch and some other nice upgrade. But it is cool to have a mullard or tungsol 12ax7 in V1 and a JJ 12au7 in V2 with an el84 or jj el844. Adding more clean makes this thing like pedals even more IMO.

Cool tube, sounds very similar to the stock JJ my amp came with and the other JJ el84 I ordered. It has a nice compression when cranked and perhaps a tad more gain. It's a cool option. Worth trying it out for $11.
