Re: The CODE has landed in the UK

one of the code models is JVM OD, i've been comparing it with the real JVM that i've got
using the same settings in terms of EQ and gain, the code's modelling gets so close it's actually scary
when using the cosm in the roland i just stay at the 1959 model... it's good, but the code is better imo

Re: The CODE has landed in the UK

Im very interested in the 50 watt CODE, Im just trying to figure out where it would fit in my arsenal. I use my GT100 with my DSL40 for effects and I am still interested in getting a used DSL5C. The Marshall pre-amps from my GT100 are so good through the DSLs power amp, that I dont know if the CODE...

Re: code25 brown sound?

Sounds good. :Cheers It needs a little bit of low end "grunt" & Ted's magic reverb. Yeah that it. :Thumbs Don't listen to the wankers on a forum LOL. Of course it can do the "brown sound" What I never understood is why people think that tone is darn hard to dial in, its not. Yes you have to run som...

code25 brown sound?

after one comment on "that other forum" that code won't be able to reproduce EVH's brown sound, i picked up the little challenge...

i think it needs a little additional tuning, but still i'm pretty satisfied so far...

Re: NAD : Code 25

I know a lot of guys will have the itch to swap out the speaker. IMO there is nothing wrong with these stock speakers. They were chosen to have a very neutral response to to be flexible for many tones. if i would swap the speaker, my pick would be full range... maybe even a coaxial speaker... i'm n...

Re: The general photography thread... :)

It'll be running a '80 chevy C30 dually truck... propane over here is about the same price as gasoline in the US... gasoline over here is 3 times expensive... on top of that i have to pay 200 euros of roadtax per month, so yes it's the least sensible thing to do over here... :S

Re: The general photography thread... :)

well, there was something written on a german war cemetery i like to quote:
"war cemetery's are the best ambassadors for peace"

i've visited lots of war cemetery's and especially on the big fields, you realise how stupid humans can be
imo, everybody should be confronted with them
