Marshall Astoria For Sale-Head version

Hi guys! I'm selling my near mint Astoria Head. I bought it in 2015. Has the Footswitch, cover and original box. I have a combo that I'm not selling, so hence the sale of the head. I have replaced some caps with NOS Iskra (mustards). Should be some photos of the inside of the chassis in the Astoria ...

What's a Fair Price on a used, Great Condition Astoria Custom Combo?

Like the title suggests. I'm thinking about buying a Tone King Royalist III combo. I have 2 Astoria Customs.
Thanks!

Re: Marshall Astoria Classic Bluesbreaker Conversion

Why not complete the look with some of The EC Collins grill cloth?

Re: damaged Astoria Custom

Is that the Eric Collins grill cloth? Sure looks better than the regular stuff & I like the black covering! I did put the Eric(EC) Collings cloth on my combo along with a metal, early JTM45 coffin logo plate.

Re: 5U4GB

The GZ37 & the 5U4GB are the same valve so don't buy one of those thinking you can get away with using it I like the way they drop the voltage down, but you can ruin the mains tranny on the amp.

Re: Astoria Custom Schematic ?

Sadly in these paranoid times, I was asked not to not share it😱. The guy who gave me the schematic has been a personal friend for over 25 years.

Speakers in the 1 watters

I've tried a few speakers in this amp over the last 10 years. This old alnico Elac sounds the best to me..Image

Re: 240V Dagnall Transformer for 1-watt amp

Is the Mains tranny for the 50th Anni. amps the same and are they able to be wired at 240v & 120v using the same tranny? Some Marshall's use the same Mains but the wiring is just configured different.
