Hey Steve, can the 6L6GC stand up to the HT voltage of the 2466 as well as current KT66's?

I've been biasing my VM's to the approx middle point of the range you have set in the faq...these are my only KT66 amps. I was just curious as to the thought process, since my other amps are all EL34 or 6L6, and I bias using the standard formula. I take it the high plate current concern with the K66...

I actually found a matched quad of shuguang kt66's at a decent price, but I am still curious about running 6L6's in a pinch...I'm in Arizona by the way.
