I have the Astoria Custom. Really two completely different amps. The only thing it really has in common with the VM is its also a single channel amp. I've seen Derek several times at the Crossroads Festivals and with Clapton - he is one of the best I've ever heard! Amazing phrasing and as mentioned, filled with soul!
