I already heard that test, let me make it easy. Keep the Origin. Y did order a Origin 20 head but am still waiting ( still 8 weeks till delivery) so y decided to cancel my order and do a test between the DSL20HR and a Origin20Head when the Origin arrives in the stores . Y dont have a high gain amp ...

So, we have a DSL1 with only a 16 ohm output an in case of a 1936 cab ( like y have) you can safely connect the amp to a single stereo input on the cab and use only one speaker. But...will a split jack cable work? Using the 16ohm out and connect to both 16ohm inputs on the cab with the mono jack spl...

Y do wander why Marshall has decided to not make an DSL1HR with more impedance outputs. To me it makes no sense and it limits the sales rates y think....
well... there are still the Origin ( still not available )and the DSL20HR....

The new DSL1HR seems a nice amp to have to me but ....why only a 16ohm speaker connection? What will go first if y connect that amp to a 1936 8ohm cab? The amp or my speaker cab? Connect only one speaker is no option, y do want the whole cab.. Besides that, anyone got some experience with this littl...

Still waiting........ delivery times over here in the Netherlands flip-flopped from 4 weeks to 6 days to 12 weeks!!!! At the moment the delivery time is 10 weeks... bummer!!!! The torture never stops when it comes to GAS..... In my self build strat y put in some Seymour SSL 3 pick-ups and although they are fine sounding i'm not satisfied. It lacks some treble and y find them to muddy sounding at times. So...the search for new pu's is on but that's quiet a excersise . Y wa...
