I was play'n my new used CSJTM145 and I thought I wonder if I could run a patch cord from the low input to my JMP1C and it worked great, both amps play'n at the same time sounded great, then I looked around and saw the SL5 has the same 2 inputs so I patched the CSJTM145 to the SL5 in 1 watt mode the...
Yes you can, being that the amp is not a true stereo 2 separate amps you may get some cancelation or phasing problems with the sound as they are mixed together
Thanks! That brings up the next part of this. I know I'm not the only one who thinks it be super cool to have a 1x12 extension cab. I'd love to hear some results of speaker combos. Also I wish marshall would make a 112 that would stack under the dsl40c. And wish I had million dollars and a pony... ...
YJ have been around for a while THD originally made them and sold it off. I have them. There are several models this mode is new it's not for EL84/6BQ5. You do need to get the right model as some are for fixed/adjust and some for cathode bias. The one for the SL5 just rearranges the pins so an EL84 ...
In the case of the sl5 you can go straight to the on, just like the class5 and the 1 watt'rs. Use the standby if you are step'n out of the room for a few and come'n back to play, then when your done you can go straight to off.

The SL5 is just as loud if not more than the C5H based on the meter. The clean channel is a little lower than the C5H and the OD ...
I have both also and the C5 is louder, the SL5 clean channel can't, very low. The gain channel is louder but not as much as the C5. I've never used with a band, couldn't see it, unless mic'd.
I fine it to be fuller sounding with the back off and the greenback. I've also switched the tube to a 6CA7 which gives a meater sound. Last night I dropped in a VHT tube converter and put in a EL844 WOW! Very responsive, really sounds like a hot rodded JCM800 Is this the tube converter you used ? h...
