Both the JCM800 and Vintage Modern series have combo models. You're gonna have to find a used JCM800 combo as Marshall doesn't make reissues of them, but you will easily find one on ebay or anywhere. They're everywhere. Vintage Modern combos will be very easy to find as well.

I was in the same position, I wanted one but the AFD100 is next to impossilbe to get in Canada and for that kind of money, I don't feel like taking a chance on ebay. since I already lost money on a few other items in the past. I went with the Vintage Modern 2466 instead. It's the closet thing to AFD without being AFD.

I am now in search of a boost pedal or good EQ to replicate both AFD (#36) and UYI (#34).....any suggestions....

I have seen a lot of Youtube videos where people have modded their JCM's and JMP's with SIR's mods. I must admit some of them sound better than the AFD100 replica, more or less of #34. I was told a Vintage Modern cannot be modded with SIR Mod's because a 2203 and 1959SLP, have different circuitry than a VM 2466
