Yes, I heard about it being 36w actually. Doesn´t matter, 30W is enough.
So, I guess those 2xKT66 could handle more power than they actually do ? Just curious... i don´t need more than that.

The thing is, If I could achieve a similar tone in a 1xKT66 around 8-10kg package, I could think about selling it. But I haven´t heard anything better so far. I´m talking about a mini 2266. But I doubt a single ended VM would sound the same. It just wouldn´t. But it could come close until moderate levels.

50W is more than I need. But the tone... the tone is there, so.... it stays

It's actually about 30W like the old JTM45s
