Tubes for Blackface, AC30 and Plexi

What tubes would you recommend to highlight the characteristics and qualities of a blackface Fender, AC30 and Plexi?

No 20e+ NOS tubes please, only recent "normal" price production.

I would use some 7025 tubes which have good gain but a very low noise,

I was very interested in 7025s to be honest, but when I search for new 7025s I always end up finding regular 12AX7s... Any hint which 12AX7s are 7025s spec wise?
Is it those spiral wound long plate versions? Or some others?

I bought 20 of these and love them. I only use these and TungSols now.

The Tung Sols 803s might be too bright for Vox and Fender, right?

Does TubeDepot ship to EU? If so, I would be truly interested... I won't probably need to switch these tubes more frequently than two years, which makes price feasable.
