Any body any experience of 6P14P-EV valves?
They are military grade NOS Russian. Rated up to 500v, and for 5000 to 10000h of use.
Getting a lot of praise on the Orange users forum. Long lasting, Excellent sound, Reasonable prices.

As long as the specs are similar there shouldn't be any issues.

Different users report changing out JJ, Harma, and Sovtek EL84's for these and all quoted significant improvements.
They're available via various dealers in Russia/Moldova/Ukraine.
One guy reckons that Dr Z use them as stock?
May give it a punt as they cost no more than standard EL84's at the moment.
