Where can I get suspect vavles tested?

Hi I've just got the Gold Lion valves back from Hotrox, after I complained they were not matched. I put them in my VM and there was a 20Mv difference in them. So i sent them back for them to check after waiting an age and several emails i finally got them back put them in only to find still the same! Where can I get these valves tested independantly in the UK? I am so anoyed at the lack of customer service that I've resigned to the possibility of having to sell them on as single items as I can't pass them on as a matched pair! and they wont entertain replacing or refunding certainly not unless I can prove they are taking the pi$$.

i checked the bias with the method described on here by Steve D I'm happy that is accurate enough. My stock valves are less than 1 Mv apart!

I would check with other tube sellers/retailers in your area and ask them if they can assist you.

If there's a shop or store that repairs amplifiers, they will most likely have a tube tester. Some electrical supply stores that stock tubes will have testers as well.
