OK. That is just great! just as I hoped for.
So there is no difference in the tone by doing one thing or the other???

There will be some degree of sonic difference but nothing dramatic and not necessarily better or worse either way. It's a suck it and see situation that only your ears will be able to decide for you. The apparent differences can be unpredictable and depend upon parameters of the amp's power stage and in particular the output transformer and the parameters of the speakers and cab.

Ok thanks again. I will check to see what will be the easiest task for me to do.
The warranty on my amp is long gone ether way (check new topic...), so no harm done.
