There is a free-to-download issue available on iTunes.

The May issue has an interesting article re: interview with Ross Hogarth (Engineer on "A Different Kind Of Truth").

You can buy the PDF for $1.49 http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/may12/a ... t-0512.htm

The ipad version of Sound On Sound is far & away the best implementation I've seen of using available tablet technology for electronic publication - stories scroll down the page, pics can be zoomed & scrolled across on the page, captions are an icon tap away, sound samples play direct from the page.... well worth the price, especially compared to a lot of other "online" versions of magazines which are just pdf copies of pages.

(& SoS for ipad is 1/2 the newsstand price in Australia without the 3 month lag)
Marshall JVM410

Marshall MS-2

Les Pauls, Teles, Strats (in that order :)
