My mate guitarist can't make it tomorrow so I decided to connect another 4x12" cab to my Vintage Modern.
It worked very well during the sound check. I hope it will work even better with crowded venue.

I should open this 1960A up. It sounds better than 425A. Who knows what speakers are inside...surfnorthwest wrote:Two very different sounding cabinets for sure. Never mixed the two because I do not like the G12T-75 speakers with the VM. But anytime you mix it can be a good thing, I would imagine you would have more bottom end by adding the 1960A.
I think DA/AD convertors in G30 are cheep.gtrman wrote:I have done the same a few times - one cab on each side of the drums - to spread the sound a bit as the PA does not always do the work properly.
I use G90 and are super happy with it and use it all the time - even in smaller places. Great for soundcheck as you can walk out in front of the PA while playing.
Only with the AxeFx - I have it in a rack.sikter wrote:I think DA/AD convertors in G30 are cheep.gtrman wrote:I have done the same a few times - one cab on each side of the drums - to spread the sound a bit as the PA does not always do the work properly.

Are you using G90 in combination with your tube amps or with Axe FX only?
