I see! Thanks for the info. I appreciate it.

This is how I got arround with challenge even though I use it just for a few songs only. (I set LS2-pedal to bypass mode the rest of the gig):
They are two volume pots on LS2, one for HDR and another for LDR. (It’s not easy to understand if you're not familiar with LS2)
I set LDR pot a little higher and HDR lower to compensate the difference. I wired it first to foot controller in the way that
it changes line automatically when I change from LDR to HDR. I didn't do any mod to VM though.
It's wirelessly operated today. You can check my demo video. Demo is not good but you can notice volume balance when I shift to HDR.

LS2 is a line pedal.. from boss .... and it change the sound a lot ... but if you like it ... its good enough for you :Cheers

But my VM never breaks down :whatever and I doubt you can hear tone change after LS2 is engaged.
(especially when the drummer kicks in)
