How bout just unplugging the amp and turn the car off while you work on them. I can't believe none of you have thought of this. :dunno :bgrin

Same with idle and timing. Car has to be on.

For bias adjustments I bought a plastic trimming tool from an electronics repair site. It was 4 bucks. Cheap insurance I think. On "another" forum I read a post once where a guy tried to bias his Jub with a metal handled screwdriver. We know how that turned out. Luckily it was him telling the story.
