JVM410HJS 16Ohm Speaker Jack

Postby jeffsmusic4919 » 29 Oct 2019, 17:26

I was curious if anybody could point me in the right direction for a new speaker jack. I bought mine used and in mint condition aside from the jack. Must have been a dud from the factory or severe misuse. I really hope these aren't PCB mount.

Thanks, I tried the usual search terms and got nothing. Perhaps I will search more Marshall parts suppliers.

It looks like the 8ohm is exibiting the same issue. I would assume the problem is the jack as the 16 ohm jack has a weak fit with the cable end. I would like to replace the whole circuit board.

Is there anyone that can point me to a supplier of factory parts? I would be willing to send the defective one back.

Could there be an issue with the taps of this output transformer? I figured I would ask, just in cas I misdiagnosed this issue.
