you know, those things like they do hearing tests with that go from low to high pitches.

personally,I used to put on Pantera Cowboys From Hell & just let it loop for a couple hours. :yea
not that I've bought any new speakers in a long time... :dunno
Not sure this is safe for the speakers nor anyone in the neighbourhood! :)

lol. you don't have to crank it all the way up,just enough to get them moving. no different than downtuning & blasting a guitar through it for hours only it's a lot easier on the fingers & ears.
keeping it loud- JMP-1 rack,LPs,strats,& way too much other gear.
my sounds,songs,& snippets-

Speaking of speakers, i destroyed my Sony SSAV's 16" woofers a while back. I was never aware that the polyureathane foam surronds loses it's flexibility after 20+ years. Well the old lady was baby sitting at the daughters place all night and i was cutting loose with some old Sabbath when the end part of Wheels of Confusion gets real soft and then cuts in with that killer guitar tone i cranked it and that was the end. Shattered foam surronds everywhere. :bgrin

So i am tuneless for a bit.
