4x12 casters

Postby Herbvis » 23 Jun 2009, 12:22

does anyone have a recommendation to upgrade the caster/caster cups on a marshall 1960a ? The plastic cups just cant handle the abuse they receive. I dont even want to know how many I have replaced. :sick

The plastic replacments are the only ones I have ever seen. You could take a example to a sheetmetal shop as it would be very easy to fabricate some out of sheetmetal, you could then paint them black. The sheetmetal ones wouldn't break only bend to fit.

If you're moving it around that much, you may want to look into a good road case. They usually have heavy duty metal casters.
