Bogner 2x12 vs. Orange 2x12 for a VM 2266

Looking for a good 2x12 to go with my VM 2266. Can anyone comment on the tonal differences/benefits/caveats of the oversized Bogner 2x12 compared to the Orange 2x12 and how they both compare to the Marshall 1960AV 4x12? Also, how does the closed-back versions of both of these cabs compare to their open-back counterparts?
