class 5 + od pedal?

Postby crazygnr1996 » 20 Jan 2010, 15:07

ive been playing for about a year and a half and lookin for a new amp. Most music I play is in the style of guns n roses, sabbath, maiden, zeppelin, etc. I was looking at the Radial ToneBone Hot British distortion pedal+class5, would that be a good combination to get good tones for these styles?

I haven't heard the Class 5 yet, but I think that will work for home use and maybe jamming, depending on your volume needs.

The Tonebone Hot British is a very nice pedal, and will get you those tones you want. I had one, and it probably was the best or 2nd best at giving you the Marshall classic sounds. My favorite though is the MI Audio Crunch Box. Not as many options, but a lot less, runs off batteries, compact, and tons of gain and tone.
Crossroadsnyc douche of the year, and everyone at TGP tied for 2nd
