What do I have here?

Postby rldlloyd » 20 Jun 2013, 16:04

I know this is a JTM. I know it is a Reissue. I believe it to be a Bluesbreaker. I can't find anything that seems to match this barcode though. Anyone have any idea what this is? Thanks for helping a newbie.

More pics would be helpful but I am sure this is a JTM 45 reissue Bluesbreaker 50 watt tremolo. Great little amps.

Marshall reissued the 2x12" Bluesbreaker in 1989; the 4x10" was never reissued. This version used 6L6 tubes.

In 1999, a second version of the amplifier, the Bluesbreaker II, was released, with 5881 tubes. Your's was built in 1998 making it the first version reissue with the 6L6 tubes.
