TSL 602 problem

TSL 602 problem
Just noticed a problem with my TSL602 combo. The OD1 channel will not sound if the OD2 channels Gain is at zero and it seems that every so slightly the higher I turn OD2 Gain the more gain OD1 has. I don't recall this to be normal for the amp. Anyone have any ideas of what's go'n on and the possible cost of a fix. Not sure if I what to put any dollars into it. Besides this it seems fine.

Not being overly familiar with that amp i'll ask the obvious, when was the last time you put in new tubes?
