Unless you really need a 2 channel amp, this amp is best thought of as 2 single channels amps in the one package. Pick one or the other.
EQ either one to suit, but then the other channel doesn't sound right. The 2 channels are deliberately voiced very different. Either go for a cleanish/classic 70's/80's rock on chan A, or go for classic/slightly higher gain on chan B.
'High gain' for the late 80's/early 90's is this amp, but not by modern standards.
Thank you very much for this post.

I definitely will try one of these.

What about EQ pedal, let´s say Boss EQ. Any suitable settings for strat? What frequencies do you recommed cut or boost? I have 2 strats - 1: with Texas specials and 2. with Seymours SSL-4. I´m looking for classic rock sound, nothing hard. Nothing speciallized, ordinary sound. I need sound which won´t have affect to strat sound.
I play Gibson/humbucker guitars, through a late 70's Hiwatt 4 x 12 B cab with Greenback/Blackback speakers.
Both of these factors influence how i eq my amp, but i have heard good things about about running an eq pedal thru the loop.
