Elixir strings on e-bay

Hello,
I know there’re cheap Elixir copies to buy on E-bay!
This particular seller made me wonder:
He sends only to USA probably from USA...

They seam to be very cheap and I wonder if anyone knows anything about it

A good price but I have had problems with some wound strings unwinding near the bridge. It happened twice. These were store bought. I find Martin or Diadario more reliable.
