anybody knows if it´s true like Michael Schenker has stated that the tone of the 2205/2210 amps were modelled after his old UFO tone?

I highly doubt it. Schenker has always used diffent Marshalls everytime I have seen him live. The Vm can nail early UFO tones but he is probably still using 1959s and 800s

The fact is that he has been using 2205´s for quite a long time now. Check interviews and you´ll see. He said in an interview i read that someone working for Marshall has tokd him that.
