I still have my Vox AC4TV which I rarely use because my Vontage Modern can do everything it does but just better, and a Roland Micro cube in case I need something to play outside because the Roland runs on battery.
Before the Vintage Modern I had a Hughes & Kettner Tubemeister 36, which had a lot of different settings, from clean to heavy gain, and each of those settings sounded nice, but it lacked the mojo. Somehow the soud was sterile... and just a bit boring.
The Vintage Modern is an awesome amp for the money, does everything I need it to do, which is basically everything excpet high-gain metal stuff. I just like to play my blues with various gain settings :)
