Marshall AVT150H opinions?

There's an AVT150H with an AVT412B cab for sale on my CraigsList for $200. YouTube videos sound pretty decent and the price seems very low especially with the cab included. I plan to check it out, but wondered what you guys think of this amp? I don't know anything about its condition yet. I want the cab more than I want the head, but wouldn't mind another Marshall head to add to my collection.
