Its definately 4/4, a lot slower tempo than 120. Id say about 65-70.

Beat 2 lands on the 3rd note of each bar, beat 3 is between the 4th and 5th note. Beat 4 lands on the 7th note of each bar.

So you get:

You - have - my - balls - in - a - lit - tle - box
1 2 3 4


Just working on rearranging it in GP now. Shouldnt take long...

Try this. Just the first bar but it works for the rest.
