My best friend wants me to write her a song and so i agreed. I know what all of the insturments are doing but the lyrics have me stuck.
Everytime i think of lyrics, the song turns to a love song for some reason. I've tried looking it up but most people's techniques just aren't workin for me.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! I sorta need some replies fast because i have been working on this for about 2 weeks now. I have tried and tried again but nothings working. Sorry to put pressure on some of you guys.

But you can see if you can implement things as:
How long you've known her?
When/where did you first meet?
Did you go to school together?
You done anything cool together?
Has she helped you through a difficult time in some way?
Do a "Elton John" as in "Your Song". Like "Here is my humble song. It's not best in the world, but it's my best... I only wish my best was good enough for a friend like you". (feel free to use if you see any value in it, use and tweak to your liking).
