Anyone have any luck with the effects on the JMD?

Dont know if it's me (probably is) But the effects are uncontrollable and sound poor I cant get anything dialled in I tend to use the loop with some T Rex pedals sounds much better .Am I missing something?

I find the effects very useful. I use the reverb, delay and noise gate. Never had a hard time dialing in something. The Mod Depth and Delay level have to be set right but not hard to do that. I have a couple of saved patches also that use the flanger and tremolo. Works for me.

I wish there was a way to share presets via a USB.

I don't have a JMD1. I tried one and it sounded good. The effects also. What i didn't like is the amps/tones they've choosen. Why no real 1959 tone?

I loved the delay and tremolo, chorus and flanger were good, couldn't get on with the phaser at all
les Paul -> cry baby -> mxr/CAE boost/line driver -> mxr m77 super bad ass modified OD -> marshall 2266 front end ->loop -> TC flashback delay -> mxr 10 band EQ -> marshall sv-1 chorus -> loop return -> marshall mf280a 4x12 cab

Don't know mate but bought a Boss ME 50 last week, first try was crap, but havent reset factory settings from previous owner

How do you reset the settings (using the buttons on front) back to factory settings? I read it somewhere on here, but cant find it. Something about holding a couple of buttons down during power up...?
