By the way, are you happy with the El Cap? Have you tried the Timeline yet? I'm very curious.
Yea I love the Trailer Trash Boards been using them for a while now. I am very happy with the E.C.
I have not had a chance to try out the timeline but would love to check one out. Its a little over my budget
right now. I did check out the Flashback and it was very cool and can see why so many people rave about it
especially for the price. Still at the end of the day I am good to go with the EC.

Ok... so a small update...

I've built my own pedal board that sits well in my LyT32 flightcase... so now I got to get rid of the LyT board.
My new board is not at all flexible when it comes to adding new pedals or replace pedals with other pedals, but I've come to realize that I'm very happy with what I've got (never thought I'd say that) since every new pedal I try I end up setting like one of the pedals I've got... I will eventually build a smaller board for use for gigs and practice when I find someone willing to either start a band or include me in their band :roll
This board is to keep all connected at home with as little wire mess as possible.

I've still to build my amp switch pedal which is meant to switch between an amp with all pedals in front and an amp with some pedals in the FX-loop. I may end up asking you guys for some electronics assistance since my early prototype is noisy as hell.

The board is powered by a Voodoo Lab PP2+ and a Voodoo Lab Digital and I've installed a switch so that I can turn everything off with a switch rather than unplugging the board.

The pedals you see on the board is as follows:
Real McCoy Joe Walsh Wah - Korg Pitchblack Tuner - ISP Decimator Noisegate - Sonic Edge J&J Overdrive - Mad Professor Little Green Wonder Overdrive - Barber Electronics Super Sport Overdrive - Xotic EP Booster - Strymon Brigadier Delay (c/w Favourite Switch) - Electro Harmonix Cathedral Reverb.

The split between all on front and some in FX Loop is from (and including) the EP Booster.
The Keeley Bypass pedal is there to keep some of the cables from falling inside the pedalboard. This will be replaced with the non-existing (at the moment) amp switch.

So here goes

Actually I don't... I've experimented a lot with different pedals... bought and sold quite a few.
"tone traps" has been eliminated. The difference between going through the board or straight into the amp is negligible.

For a pedalboard "on-the-fly" tuner it is great... easy to use, as accurate as required, reliable and it don't color my tone a bit.
I wouldn't give it another second thought... you may also find that it gets pretty good reviews, and it is for a reason.

I myself have the stroboflip which I use for intonation works and studio recording, but for jamming, fiddling and live sessions it is plenty good enough.
I wouldn't want the strobostomp (or flip) on my pedalboard as I can never get it good enough... that thing is just too accurate :Thumbs
