Positive Ground Power Supply?

Postby ClassicRock88 » 27 Feb 2020, 08:43

Does anybody know of a positive ground power supply that's out there? I picked up a Rangemaster pedal clone a while back and I love it, but I'm tired of feeding it 9 volts. My biggest complaint with classic pedal/effect clones is how many builders remain so true to the original design that they clone the (+) ground. Does it really affect the tone that much?

Anyway I picked up a polarity reverser for my power supply (Dunlop DC Brick). Plugged it in and no smoke came out of it but a bunch of horrible sounds DID. It's off my pedal board as of now and there's an LPB1 sitting in its place, but I miss the treble booster.

The video below mentions the "Green Jumper" being reverse polarity; therefore, the Power All should be tip negative. I would suggest you contact Godlyke to ask them. Here's a link Click here to Contact Godlyke
