The T-Rex Jr. came today and I just spent a couple hours with it. The first thing I noticed when I unpacked it was how heavy duty the sucker is. It's small and seemingly rugged with a heavy metal casing. I can't find "Made in China" anywhere on it. It came with both short and long cables, a daisy chain cable, and one for an 18 volt pedal (I think that's what it is). It came in a cool red box too, I just love it when companies use quality packages for some reason. It makes it seem like they care about quality.
I hooked up the Cot50 Burst, Dunlop Crybaby, and EH #1 Echo and dialed in some tones through my Vintage Modern. I'm happy with it and it has a couple empty slots so I think I need one or two new pedals. I need some kind of swirly thing like chorus or phaser. Maybe even that new EQ pedal that Paul Gilbert is endorsing.
