Hello,
I need your help please.
I have a problem with my AFD 100 Slash amp.
I have sound cuts when I use input 1. the problem is when I play palm mute, fast riffs the sound stutters.
this happens when the gain potentiometer is above fifteen hours.
I have no problems with input 2.
the preamp tubes are new and that didn't solve my problem.
Can you help me please ?

Check and replace the Input 1 jack first, it could be that simple. If that does not cure your problem it really will be time for service unless your good inside an amp yourself.

Have you auto biased the amp lately?
Are any of the red lights on the back illuminated?
