One of his better interviews for sure. Also According to Chris George's website he has seen the Slash video with him playing the new AFD 100 and it will be coming out soon.
Just watched the footage of Slash playing the Marshall AFD prototype amp, it is awesome!! Will be posted at afd100.com soon!!

As you all know, Artist Liaison Paul Marshall and Senior Engineer Santiago Alvarez headed over to LA with the first AFD100 prototype for Slash to put through its paces! This is a very exciting time for everyone involved in the project as Slash has been heavily involved with every major decision, so to finally show him a prototype and gauge his initial reaction to our months of hard work is incredibly satisfying.

Paul and Santiago spent yesterday in the studio with Slash and the AFD100, reviewing the features, circuitry and ultimately (and most importantly) the tone. They've collated footage and notes from the day which we will be posting here shortly. In the interim though Slash is extremely happy with the progress so far, stating "The first AFD100 prototype sounds unbelievable. I was blown away! It has all the characteristics of the original".

From a statement like that, we think we're on the right track

Well nice for all Slash fans.
Me I don´t really care much for Slash tone. It´s rather thin and lack bottom I think. And when he plays with the graphic in the loop it sounds real harsh when playing chords i think. That kind of mid boost sounds better before the amp to my ears.

I´m waiting for that Brian Robbo Robertson signature amp :Cheers
