What do y'all think about the Holy Diver set for a Les Paul custom?

Listen closley to the demos on their site. BK pickups are great but a bit expensive. I have the mules in a Les Paul and also have had War Pigs. Can't go wrong with the quality, whether you like them I cant answer.

I've always been an active pickup kind of guy, but recently a buddy of mine put a mule and a vh11 in his PRS and I was blown away by it! Really got me thinking. I need something more geared towards the heavier hard rock, but also versatile, so thats why I was interested in the Holy Diver set. I've done some research on them and feel like thats the way to go, but was interested in y'alls thoughts on it! Surfnorthwest, how do you like the mules in your Paul? Can you get a good hard rock sound with them?

Of course, but I like the War Pigs better.

Be careful when selecting Les Paul pickups, it can make or break your guitar. There are tone differences between Les Paul's, in other words what might sound great in your friends Les Paul may not in yours. In all my years of playing I just stay with Vintage PAF pickups.
Gibson R8 - Gibson Explorer - Gibson R7 Goldtop
Marshall 2466 - Marshall JMD1 - Marshall 1987
No one wants to hear 64 bars full of 32nd-notes except the douche-bag blowing them from the stage.

I recently installed MHD Alnico 8 Straitjackets into a LP Traditional. It immediately became my go to guitar for hard rock and metal.
Many Marshall's, and I want more.
