I got the mules in my les paul and these guys makes one of the best pickups in the world!!
The PG blues gives in the middle position(neck+bridge ) the out of phase sound of peter green.
I wondered if anyone tried them and what would happen if i put these in a semi hollowbody
( in case the pickups of my ordered epi bb king lucille would suck ).
The out of phase sound is a woody hollow sound , so would there be any point in putting these in a semi
hollow body?? I could not find my answer anywhere on the net?? :bang

Plan on buying new pickups for that Epi. They may sound fine, but there are MUCH better pickups out there. It just depends on what kind of sound you are going for.

i asked tim from bare knuckles and he said it is not a good match because of the varitone.
Stormy monday would be a better match.
