I scored a sweet, hard to find humbucker set recently. When they arrived, one of the humbuckers was missing the cover. I would like to find a silver nickel pickup cover to put on it.
Does any body know a good site where I can order one in the appropriate size?
Also, I assume that when most people/manufacturers say a cover is silver nickel, they mean that is a made of nickel (or nickel plated) and is a silver color and NOT that the cover actually contains silver metal.

Go to Mojo Tone. The greasy Grove stuff as well as a lot of the other places use chrome plating which can and often does choke the tone a bit. Get a polished nickel cover.
