YJM Help Please

Hey guys,my buddy bought a YJM off of a guy on the other forum and is not having a lot of luck. He says he ran the autobias and that the lights stop blinking, except for the 50w button (which keeps blinking) and that there is no sound from his amp.

Blown fuse? New tubes? Lemon?

eta: nm. the dumb bastid says he didn't wait long enough for it to stop blinking. He just txted me that it sounds unbelievable.
