The haze 15 runs a pair of 6V6 power amp valves.
I checked the voltage at 385 V, and the bias read approx. 28-29 per valve (at 70% approx).
I used a multimeter to check the voltage off pin 3, and an octal bias plug into a multimeter, to check the bias reading.

My question is, it appears to have 2 bias pots, so can a miss matched set of 6V6 valves go in, and each valve baised individually, or does it still need a matched pair of replacement valves?

I did a bit of searching, and to answer my own question, yes the power amp valves can be mismatched and biased individually.
