Maybe Steve can answer this question. Is the rating on the Haze 40 it's maximum wattage like the VM or is it 40 watts clean? :think

got the haze 40 combo and 4 way switch, it does what i want it to do, very versatile with good on board fx. look & sound is that of the old Marshall jmp 50w combo i used to own and regret ever getting shot of, but this amp isn't gonna break your back lugging it around. its got good cleans and good overdrive with a boost for the lead solo, stick a bit of delay in and its there, all in one amp. for pubs and clubs its a winner :clap

just to add this was the second amp they sent me the first one was popping when changing channels, this one is fine ,so far.

BTW don't think your getting something like the V M sounds, your not, El34 don't sound like kt66 valves. but you are getting a big amp sound from a small box that ain't gonna give you a hernia.
