I am really digging this amp. It is very versatile. Sounds great and is a lot of fun.

If you think the Haze is fun you should try its older brother the JMD

If you don't have one yet, try out the 4 button footswitch. It really unlocks the tremendous potential of the amp.

One of these days I am going to finally come across one of these amps so I can hear it. Glad to hear you are getting along with it. :Thumbs

Surf,

You really should play one. I was very impressed. I recently used the emulated line out for the first time. WOW!! Very useful feature. it records direct as well as into a live PA. When recording I can record two tracks at the same time. One direct and one with a mic. Great sonic possibilities. The same can be done for live.

Now that mine has been repaired and re-tubed, I am using this amp a lot more. The MV is great and works the magic very well. I was playing in my studio next to the bedroom with a sleeping wife. She never heard the amp. But I was getting a great practice session in with some classic 80s rock songs my band is working in for a gig.

This amp has so many great sounds with a very simple layout. I am not keen on lots of knobs like the DSL, TSL, JMD, etc. I usually like 6 or less knobs. But this is a well laid out control panel with excellent sounds.

I just hope the reliability holds up. That has been my biggest concern with this amp. I am liking this amp so much, I am beginning to rethink about using it on stage again.

Glad it's holding up so far. Try it at a gig and keep a back up amp on the stage with you.

You're using the JJ power tubes? I heard on another electronics / amp forum that there was a recent batch of JJ's that many have complained about not holding up. The EL 84's mostly .Normally JJ's are good power amp tubes.
