Early tests are encouraging. After checking with THD on whether or not this would work, and getting the go-flight, I was still worried they would even fit. And it is snug - had to put in the adapters first, and then tilt the El84s into place. I'm using Mullard reissues. The channel switching and effects function as normal. I used non-power reducing YJ's designed for 6v6 amps.

So far - sounds great! I'm looking forward to trying it out in a band setting.

So you are just changing the valves out for EL84, and still retaining the amp at 15 watts.
Any change in the tone?
I found the haze 15 a bit muddy at low volumes, so i cut one leg of C59 (i think from memory) which brightens it up.
