FYi the JVM410H Joe Satriani Edition amps are shipping from Sweetwater on 7/29, little sooner then I thought. Price is $2600 for the head and $3,134 including the matching cabinet.

Can't wait to try one!!!

I am very interested in how close the AFD gain stage in the JS JVM sounds compared to the actual AFD.

They're a lot of money, but they are a lot of amp also. It is obviously a gigging amp with many well thought out options. I think just having the 6100 cleans and having the AFD tone in it is a bonus. Probably be good to get on one early to get the blue edition before they're gone.

Still holding out on one for now. Purchased both the JVM and YJM new for $1700 and $1800 respectively so I would like to wait until someone throws a 15% sale on it. When is the next holiday sale usually? I may forget about it entirely and just get a new DSL combo when they come out.
