JVM Preferred tubes

Postby LiveFreeOrDie » 15 Dec 2013, 19:32

I looked through the JVM section, and didn't see any threads about tubes. I'm sure some of you have tested this extensively. What's your suggestions? The JVM I have is like this:

EH
Penta
Penta
Tungsol

Sovtek
Svetlana EL34's

I'm not a tube expert, but it sounds fantastic this way.
Many Marshall's, and I want more.

My JVM- HJS is stock, if it ain't broke I don't mess with it.

If I were to retube that amp it I would buy a mix of 7025s and TungSol for the preamp and a quad of Svetlana EL34s
My Gear
Surf's Jukebox
