GASing for a JVM

Postby DoctorStan » 29 May 2010, 18:53

I have been really wanting to try out a JVM lately. My question for those who have used them, is the 410, 4 channel worth the extra $$$ over the 2 channel 210 model? I like to play metallica type of stuff.

The OD channel on the 2 channel version is like OD2 wich has a more scooped type of sound ( the mid control is shifted to around 600 Hz I believe) wich may be good for Metallica and Mesa type sounds. But you can´t get that fat low end and more traditional tone you usually get on a Marshall and like you get on OD1 on the 4 channel version. So I´d go for the 4 channel version.

Return to “Marshall JVM”
